About Me

Hi, welcome to my blog! I hope you like my posts. If you haven’t read any of them yet, I hope this page can get you interested. :))

I’m Helena. I’m a full-time blogger, and I write about metaphysics and spirituality. I got into these realms desperate to heal myself from depression and have since become fascinated by what I have seen and discovered. I quit my job not long afterward and devoted myself to studying everything I could about them. Meanwhile, as I applied what I had learned on myself, my depression started to heal, and I was able to live my day happier and happier. That’s why I’m thrilled to share what I have discovered with you here.

However, I’m not a spiritual teacher; nor do I have years of practice in any healing techniques or modalities. What I write are based solely on the online/offline material I have studied, workshops I have attended, and my own experiences of applying what I have learned. Some of the content may resonate with you, while others may not. I do not intend to “teach” anyone about anything but merely to express my views and channel my passion for writing. Like many other writers, I start writing to entertain myself.

If I’m lucky, however, I might be able to nudge you a bit into walking your own path of growth and seeking your truth. The spiritual community is full of contradictory theories and irreconcilable explanations, and all of them may resonate with certain people—you will be responsible for searching and testing what works best for you.

Most of the posts here are metaphysical and esoteric in nature. If you have questions for certain concepts or topics, apart from leaving comments or dropping me an email, I would also encourage you to keep these questions in mind and keep searching for answers on your own. The path to enlightenment is the path to knowledge and wisdom, and it will be hard to reach there without curiosity.

Another point to note is that I do not offer “scientific evidence” for whatever is written here. I believe in what I write, and it is not my job to prove its validity to anyone else. Therefore, if you have zero tolerance for esoteric, non-material discussions, it’s probably time to consider stopping here. I’m sad to see you go, but I would have little to entertain you.

Last but not the least, my sincere gratitude for whoever is interested in the blog. The posts are far from perfect, especially when some of the stuff is pretty difficult to explain, but I’ll do my best. I have learned a lot (am still learning) from others, and I wish to give it all back. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or comments. It is my pleasure to be able to connect with you.
